Berthel Fisher representatives that prefer to focus on their own personal production may elect to affiliate with a home office OSJ. Qualified producers with a Series 24 can choose to build their own OSJ Branch and earn overrides by supervising other representatives. OSJs that are interested in growing their branch will be supported with marketing and recruiting materials as leads on new representatives developed by our Business Development group.
