Every two years, we invite our Financial Professionals to join us at our national conference in Coralville, IA, where they can gain insights into the latest industry trends from leading experts. In addition to informative workshops and lectures, attendees can enjoy entertainment, fine dining, and leisure activities.

In years when we don't host our National Conference, we organize three shorter meetings in various major cities across the U.S. Each meeting covers the same content, allowing our Financial Professionals to select the location that is most convenient for them. These brief events focus on networking, education, and building connections.

Exceptional achievements warrant exceptional rewards, which is why we celebrate our top performers with an engaging and educational annual retreat. Past retreats have taken us to exciting destinations including Nashville, Las Vegas, Maui, Florida, and California. Qualifications are announced annually and are based on production for the calendar year.
