Microsoft® Internet Explorer (IE) 5.5 or 6.0 with 128-bit encryption. or Netscape® Navigator or Communicator 4.77 with 128-bit encryption (Netscape 6.x or higher is currently not supported)

  • Any browser used must have 128-bit encryption. In order to upgrade to 128 bit, visit www.microsoft.com and go to Windows Updates and then Product Updates.
  • Macintosh® is not fully compatible with the Web site and is therefore supported on a best effort basis. Internet Explorer 5.01 or Netscape 4.79 (both with 128-bit encryption) work best with Macintosh.
  • America Online® (on a PC or Macintosh) is not fully compatible with the Web site and is therefore supported on a best effort basis.
  • For issues with America Online: minimize AOL® after connecting and open IE or a Netscape browser from the desktop and navigate from the browser.
