Andrew Christofferson

Andrew (Andy) Christofferson serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Berthel Fisher’s registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, and insurance agency subsidiaries. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Andy is a seasoned leader dedicated to supporting independent financial professionals and helping clients achieve their wealth management goals.

He joined Berthel Fisher in 2012 and advanced through roles including Senior Vice President of Business Development, Chief Business Development Officer, and Chief Operating Officer before assuming his current role in 2023. Prior to Berthel Fisher, Andy served as Chief Investment Officer at Securian Advisors MidAmerica and began his career in the industry with what is now Transamerica Financial Advisors.

Andy holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses and earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Northern Iowa.

Andy resides in Cedar Rapids, Iowa where he is hopelessly addicted to golf.  Andy enjoys traveling the world with his wife Paige as well as spending time with his two children as well as his three bonus daughters and numerous four-legged children.
