Jeff Roseman

Jeff Roseman serves as General Counsel for Berthel Fisher, where he oversees regulatory, compliance, litigation, contractual, and general legal matters. With more than 20 years of legal experience and over a decade in the securities industry, Jeff brings deep expertise in navigating complex legal and regulatory environments.

Jeff began his career as a civil trial attorney before transitioning into the securities industry with Edward Jones. Most recently, he served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Moloney Securities. He is a member of the American Bar Association and holds a J.D. from St. Louis University.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary, and their four children. He enjoys traveling, coaching his sons' soccer teams, staying active through various forms of exercise, and cheering on his kids at their soccer and basketball games.
