Madyson Tracy

Madyson Tracy serves as Vice President of Business Development for Berthel Fisher, where she focuses on building meaningful relationships with financial advisors, strategic partners, and industry professionals to support growth and long-term success.

She joined Berthel Fisher in 2026, bringing a diverse background spanning advisor support, operations, client service, and business development. Prior to joining the firm, Madyson spent nearly a decade in the financial services industry, where she developed a deep appreciation for the impact advisors have on the lives of their clients. This well-rounded experience, combined with her FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, allows her to understand the evolving needs of advisors and connect them with the resources, opportunities, and strategic support needed to help their businesses thrive.

Madyson earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri–Columbia and is committed to continuous learning and professional development within the financial services industry.

Outside of the office, Madyson enjoys spending time with her husband, Ricky. Together, they love traveling, attending concerts, exploring new restaurants, and making memories with family and friends. They share their home with two dogs, Flipp and Cauli, and are always looking forward to their next adventure.
