Ryan Wieser

Ryan Wieser is the RBC Operations Manager for Berthel Fisher Companies. He joined the firm in December 2025, bringing more than two decades of industry experience. Prior to joining Berthel Fisher, Ryan spent 21 years with Moloney Securities Co., Inc., most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations.

Ryan holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses and is deeply committed to operational excellence, team development, and regulatory compliance. He is passionate about building strong teams, improving processes, and fostering a culture of accountability and service.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his friends and family, including his wife, Jen, daughter Sophie, and their Chihuahuas, Poppy and Taylor. An avid music lover and outdoor enthusiast, he also enjoys home improvement and gardening and is a certified Master Gardener.
